  • John was AMAZING! He removed two ceiling fans at my home and replaced them. He was timely, kind, and incredibly willing to answer all my questions (I had many). He took special care to ensure that he cleaned his work area, and the icing on the cake was him wearing "shoe gloves" to ensure he didn't track any dirt from outside into the house. He was fast and efficient, and he insisted I inspect the fans and their operation before he left. Before he left, I told him he's the only person who will do electrical work for me in the future; I meant it!

  • Johnny got there 35 minutes after my initial contact with Thumbtack. He called within 5. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes and spent another 15 on the free chemical wash I got for using Thumbtack. I'd say that it was one of the best service experiences I've ever had!

  • Pal's AC and Electrical L.L.L. was wonderful!!! They were prompt and very efficient. My electrical problem was fixed and I asked them to look at my non working central heating and they fixed that, all in thirty minutes and at a very low fee!
